Cameron Lodges FAQS
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum stay is for 3 nights, although during the Christmas and New Year period and some school holidays, there may be some restrictions where the minimum stay is 7 nights.
What day can we arrive?
Arrival days are property-dependent.
What size of lodges are available?
The Cameron House Lodges have one, two, three and four bedroom lodges. The one, two and three bedroom lodges have either a sofa bed or pull down bed in the lounge, which means that one bedroom lodges can sleep up to four guests, two bedroom lodges can sleep up to six guests and three bedroom lodges sleep up to eight guests. The four bedroom lodges also sleep up to eight guests.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of the lodges.
Electricity and Telephone Charges
Electricity and telephone use during your stay is metered and will be payable upon departure.
When can I check in/out?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
Do we need to bring any linen, towels etc?
All linen and towels are provided with the exception of cot linen. We also provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. A starter pack of tea, coffee, milk and Tassimo coffee pods is also provided.
Will my lodge/apartment be serviced during my stay?
We do not include a mid-stay clean but this is available on request and for an additional charge.
Can I use the Cameron Spa if I book a break at a Cameron House Lodge?
Use of the leisure facilities at Cameron House is included. However, a charge will be incurred for use of the Cameron Spa Thermal Experience or for any treatments. If you would like to visit the Cameron Spa, we would recommend you book in advance. Guests staying at Cameron Club Lodges have use of the Thermal Experience within the Cameron Spa as well as use of the Cameron House leisure facilities.
*The Leisure Club within Cameron House Hotel and its facilities will be closed until early 2021. Please note: The spa, leisure and restaurants will remain closed until we receive further updates from the government and these will be communicated as soon as possible.
Does the price include meals and golf?
The lodges are rented out on a self-catering basis. However, from time to time we may offer a promotion whereby some meals may be included or a discounted rate may apply to food & drinks purchased on the resort as well as golf or Spa treatments. Use of the leisure club is always included.
